“The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. ”

“I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!”

“Great place to stay. Great hospitality. Wonderful views. Close to one of many Baguio attractions. Love the units, but it would be been great if there was a microwave or even a small stove and fridge.
The on-site restaurant was wonderful. Staff at the restaurant were great in both services and hospitality.
Overall excellent place to stay. Will most likely return to stay at this property when staying in Baguio in the future.”
